What “provider-connected” means
A web link and the offline field app work wherever the platform is deployed — VoiceInsights serves the questionnaire itself. Phone calls, WhatsApp and SMS are placed through a communications provider, so they are available once that provider account is configured for your organisation. It is one account for all three: a deployment that can call can also text.
Whichever way a response arrives, it enters the same governed processing, analytics and publication workflow.

Governed AI
A model explains a result. It never produces one.
Every reported statistic on this platform is computed by deterministic code — proportions, means, intervals, significance — with no model call anywhere in the path. AI-assisted analysis based on governed project evidence is offered where it genuinely helps: summarising what was said, drafting an interpretation, pointing a reviewer at what deserves attention. Human approval is required before any of it becomes a finding.
- No figure comes from a model. If a number appears in a VoiceInsights product, a pure function produced it and the method travels with it.
- A respondent's words are data, never instruction. Text someone submits cannot steer the analysis that reads it.
- An interpretation that cannot resolve to evidence does not publish. The citation is the gate, not a footnote added afterwards.
